MODERN HALLWAY
Location: London, UK
Before – Rustic Charm with Classic Soul
The original hallway radiated a sense of heritage and tradition. Its warm wooden flooring, ornate table with turned legs, and vintage table lamp created a nostalgic atmosphere. A richly patterned runner in warm, earthy tones anchored the space, while the gilded picture frames and portrait gallery lining the walls added character and a touch of antique flair. Although inviting, the overall composition felt visually busy and a little enclosed, with layers of décor that weighed the space down, subtly dimming its potential for flow and light.
After – Contemporary Serenity with Nordic Influence
The redesigned hallway is a breath of fresh air — understated yet undeniably elegant. The walls are now dressed in a calming muted teal, offering a refined backdrop for minimalist framed artwork. The runner has been replaced by a soft, neutral-toned carpet that elongates and lightens the space effortlessly. Oak furnishings with gentle curves add warmth without overpowering, while the sleek pendant light and matte-black sconces bring in a modern, architectural edge. Every element feels intentional, balanced and harmonious — a clear evolution from decorative tradition to contemporary sophistication.
CLASSIC BEDROOM
Location: Majorca, Spain
Before–Tired and Neglected
The original bedroom was stripped of charm, character and comfort. A bare bulb hung limply from the ceiling, casting a dull, unflattering light across faded walls and a threadbare carpet. The mismatched wardrobes and ageing bed frame hinted at utility rather than style. The space felt forgotten — an empty shell with no sense of warmth, harmony, or personal expression. Though structurally sound, the room lacked soul and desperately needed a fresh vision.
After–Earthly Elegance with Natural Warmth
The new design is a stunning rebirth — a sanctuary infused with warmth, balance and modern serenity. A gentle sage green envelops the walls, grounding the room in nature, while layered textures and tonal harmony invite rest and reflection. The wooden furniture, clean-lined yet organic, introduces a Scandinavian calm, perfectly complemented by woven elements in the mirror, pendant light and accessories. Burnt orange accents provide just the right amount of visual energy, while natural light filters through sheer curtains, softening the entire atmosphere. This bedroom now feels curated yet lived-in — the perfect blend of aesthetic sophistication and down-to-earth comfort.
